Where we come from

Nikan Group’s founders bring more than two decades of track record in Swedish real estate and construction, including senior roles at Titania AB — listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. That experience shaped a simple conviction: that the highest standard of residential development is one where quality is never negotiated, timelines are respected, and investors are treated as true partners.

In 2020, we expanded to the Costa del Sol. The strategy was clear: a market with sustained demand from both Northern European and domestic Spanish buyers, supply-constrained premium locations, and an opportunity for a developer who combines Scandinavian governance standards with strong on-the-ground development capability in Spain.

Nikan Capital was established to bring institutional-quality investment structures to that strategy — offering lenders, co-investors, and financial partners a disciplined, asset-backed way to participate in one of Europe’s most resilient real estate markets.

What we are building toward

We are building a real estate group that operates at the intersection of two worlds: the transparency and governance culture of Northern Europe, and the profit opportunity and demand dynamics of the Mediterranean.

Our vision is not to be the biggest developer on the Costa del Sol. It is to be the one that institutional investors and private lenders trust most — because our structures are clean, our reporting is clear, and our track record speaks for itself.

How we are structured to protect you

Transparency is not a marketing position for Nikan Capital — it is a structural requirement. As a group with founders whose background includes regulated Swedish markets and active operations under Spanish corporate law, we hold ourselves to a high standard of disclosure and governance.

Governance heritage

Nikan Group’s founders bring governance and disclosure discipline from their background at Titania AB, listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. We apply that same standard of transparency to our Spanish operations — even though Nikan Group itself is privately held.

Spanish legal structure

All Spanish operating entities — Nikan Capital SL, Nikan Properties & Investments SL, and Nikan Construction SL — are registered companies under Spanish corporate law, with local legal counsel engaged for all project transactions, land acquisitions, and financing agreements.

Asset-backed structures

All investment and lending arrangements structured through Nikan Capital are secured against real assets. We do not offer unsecured positions. Full legal due diligence packages — including title searches, planning documentation, and corporate structure — are available to prospective investors and lenders upon request.

Dedicated advisors

The group retains dedicated legal counsel in both Sweden and Spain, and works with specialist financial advisors on investment structuring and compliance. Prospective partners are welcome to conduct independent due diligence — we expect it and support it.
