More than 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry in Sweden, primarily within the Titania Group — one of Sweden’s most successful development companies, today listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Held several senior positions within Titania Group since 2005, including Project Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President, contributing to the company’s strong growth and operational excellence.

Joakim Tuutti
CFO

Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm University and authorized accounting consultant in Sweden, with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, business development, and corporate growth — specialising in the construction and real estate sector.

Has worked with Nikan since 2007 and with Nikan Group since 2021, contributing to the company’s financial structure, strategic planning, and sustainable growth.
